I have a fenced in modified, manufactured home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and full kitchen. The master bedroom has two twin beds connected to form a king. The second bedroom has a full sized bed. The living room sofa converts to a queen sized bed.
Also, I have 4 futons that are 6" thick and 2 that are 3" thick. A large screen television in the living room with cable and a supply of various movies for the VCR and DVD. Also, Play Station with loads of various games and a steering wheel. The unit also has a wireless signal. The kitchen is large and fully equipped including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer. Outside the rear door is a covered patio with chairs and table. It also includes a BBQ gas grill and a charcoal grill.
The rear door is about twenty feet from the canal where there is free boat dockage and a fishing table. We are situated on the gulf side, Bogie Channel, part of Spanish Harbor and there is full access to the Florida Bay as well as the ocean. Looe Key is about six miles south west and offers some of the finest snorkeling or scuba diving anywhere. There are two boat
ramps in the immediate area. Also, you can rent a boat or use one of the commercial dive boats in the area.
We do allow pets, however, to insure against infestation and to protect subsequent renters, the unit must be fumigated. One night or a month, the fee is $90. This safeguards your pet from insects from previous pets as well
There is a $200 deposit. When you leave if you elect to leave the place the way you found it, you get back the full $200 in cash. Otherwise, I will keep $175 to have it cleaned
